🐾 A little price update 🐾

We know 1st February seems a long way off, but we wanted to give everyone plenty of notice that our kennel prices will be going up slightly.

From 1st February, the price will be £24 per dog, instead of £22. ❤️

We’ve always tried our best to keep our prices as low as we can, and we’ll continue to do so. Unfortunately, with the rising costs of running the kennels, we’ve had to make this small increase.

We really do appreciate all of your continued support and understanding. 🥰

🐾 A Little Reminder About Our Kennel Area 🐾

We’re sorry, but clients are not permitted to enter the kennel area once their dog has been booked in and dropped off. This is a requirement of our insurance, and we have to follow these rules to help keep both our clients and all of the dogs in our care safe.

We completely understand that you want to see where your dog will be staying, and we appreciate that it’s important to know they are comfortable, safe and well looked after. ❤️

For this reason, we offer viewings beforehand. A member of our staff will be happy to show you around the facilities and answer any questions you may have before your dog’s stay.

However, once your dog has been booked in and dropped off, clients are not allowed into the kennel areas. We have a responsibility to stick to our insurance conditions and safety procedures. There are also lots of dogs in our care, and keeping the kennel area secure and calm is important for everyone.

We hope you understand that this isn’t about keeping you away — it’s simply about safety, insurance and following the rules we are required to follow.

☀️ And just like that, August has come to a close! ☀️

As we say goodbye to summer, we just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful customers who have used us over the summer. 💙

We’ve been incredibly busy, and it’s been a pleasure helping so many of you throughout the summer months. Your continued support, bookings, recommendations and kind words mean so much to us.

Here’s to the last few weeks of summer and an exciting autumn ahead! 🍂

We can’t thank you enough for helping us grow. We’re busier than ever and truly grateful for your continued support!

To keep everything running smoothly, please stick to your allocated drop-off and collection times. These are carefully scheduled to ensure we can give every dog the care and attention they need.

Drop-off and collection times are:

Monday to Saturday:
9:00am–11:00am or 3:30pm–5:00pm

Sunday: Closed

From now on, a £10 charge per dog will apply to anyone turning up outside of our drop off & collection time.

We really don’t want to introduce this, but it’s necessary to keep things fair and consistent for everyone. If you want to pick up a day before or running late please contact us
