Hey everyone.

I see all your messages and will get back to you over the next few days.
This brave wee dude had his surgery on Thursday. His surgery went really well, he’s home recovering and smiling as always.
I’ll be back at work on the 10th and will keep a check on messages until then.
I will need further time off for cast changes (2) but don’t have any dates yet.

‼️ update ‼️

Hi everyone.

I received the call today with Romans surgery date. I have spent hours tonight trying to fit everyone in within 2/3 weeks of their original appointment time. I haven’t sent out the messages yet as it’s late now but I will do this tomorrow evening after work.
I will be off from the 1st of October and back in work on Saturday the 10th and then back to normal from the 14th of October. If your appointment fell within those dates I will be in touch tomorrow.

There will be 3 more dates I need to take off for cast changes and removal between now and February when it’s removed permanently but I won’t know those dates until nearer the time.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding at this stressful time. I really appreciate it.

Hey everyone,

I’m currently booking October appointments and I just wanted to let everyone know that these appointments are subject to change. Romans second surgery is going to be in October but I don’t have the date and probably won’t for a little while yet. I’ll be in touch with everyone affected when I get the date and will do my best to get you rescheduled as close to the original appointment.

Side note - I am still unable to take on new customers. After his surgery and cast removal this will be something I can look at but at the minute it’s just not possible. If you wish to be added to my wait list please let me know.

☀️ Heatwave Update

Hey everyone.

As temperatures rise this week, I wanted to make a wee post to let you know I may have to move some appointments. Particularly Thursday when it’s forecast to be 30 degrees. I do have an aircon unit but this only goes so far in that intense heat and with dryers on.

If you would like to change your appointment in advance just send me a wee message and I’ll do my best to get you rebooked asap.

Please DO NOT walk your dog to me in these temperatures, it’s just not worth it.

Thank you all for your kind words and messages over the past few weeks. Also massive thank you to those who moved their appointments. I promised an update so here it is.

Roman had his surgery this morning and is home recovering. Unfortunately the surgery didn’t go as planned and he requires a bigger, more invasive surgery after he turns one. But for now he is cast free, not in any pain and smiling as always.

Hi all,

I am having to take sometime off at the end of February. Baby Roman is having surgery and I’ve just received the date.

If your appointment falls on the 13th of Feb or between the 26th of Feb and the 6th of March I will be in touch with a new date in the next few days. I will keep your appointment as close to the original as possible. When you receive the message could you please let me know you’ve received it and the new date suits.

** PRICE INCREASE**

Hey everyone.

From January, there will be a small price increase. This will vary depending on breed and will be between £2–£4 per groom. I haven’t increased my prices since 2022, so this helps cover rising costs while continuing to provide the best care for your dogs 🐶

Poodles and all poodle mixes will start from £44.

That’s a wrap on 2025 🎉

Wow what a year it’s been! New house, New salon and New baby. Next year and all subsequent years will be much much slower because I’m having no more kids and not moving house for a long long long time 🤣
