Angus visits us every eight weeks for support with his luxating patella and hip dysplasia.

🤎 Welcome to Holistic Pet NI, gorgeous Bramble! 🐾

At just 10 months old, this beautiful chocolate Labrador has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia, causing lameness and discomfort. We suspect this may also be contributing to some recently developing anxiety.

Bramble is just beginning her holistic program with us, combining acupuncture, laser therapy and some home therapeutic exercises.

✨ Our aim is to help manage her pain, reduce inflammation, improve mobility and build strength, so she can feel more comfortable and confident as she grows.

She was the best girl during her first treatment and we are delighted to be supporting her through her pain management journey! 🐶💕

Meabh the 4 year old miniature dachshund was referred to us back in August with suspected IVDD.

We are delighted to say today is officially DISCHARGE DAY 🥳🤩

Thankfully she avoided surgery and was managed conservatively. She responded so well to acupuncture, laser and underwater treadmill!

Introducing Sunny 🥰

This really sweet sheltie is 11 years young and has been having recent trouble with discomfort in his right elbow shoulder and carpus.

It’s clear how dedicated his owners are as they’ve been keeping up with his regular therapeutic exercises at home and we have noticed significant improvement 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

After only 2 acupuncture and laser treatments we are delighted how far he has come in such a short time.

🐾 Meet Ellie! 🐾
This beautiful Miniature Schnauzer suffered an FCE (fibrocartilaginous embolism), sometimes known as a “spinal stroke”, back in August.
She has made great progress but is still ataxic (wobbly) in her hind limbs.
Five weeks after her injury, she came to Holistic Pet NI for rehabilitation, where she received acupuncture, laser therapy and hydrotherapy.
Elsa also showed her some exercises to continue at home, including massage, wobble cushion work, cavaletti poles and figure-of-eight exercises. These help improve strength, balance, coordination, proprioception and body awareness.
We’re delighted to support this gorgeous girl on her rehabilitation journey. 🐶💪
