Guys I am at the end of my tether with no shows.

August was HORRENDOUS and September isn’t faring any better.

We are short staffed atm due to illness and hate to cancel appointments because of this, but the situation is just made worse by people not bringing their dogs to their scheduled appointments.

We will not be waiving fees for any reason whatsoever. If you choose not to pay, that is your choice absolutely, but unfortunately this will result in no further appointments being offered.

It doesn’t seem to matter if reminders are sent or not, deposits taken etc, the no shows are just happening daily and we cannot sustain this any further.

If you aren’t sure of your appointment date and/or time: please just text to enquire. Phonecalls can be hit or miss as we don’t answer the phone while we have dogs on the table.

Thanks as always to those who continue to support us, and especially to those who pay their no show fees without any hassle 💛

The ‘ber months are here and that means one thing to me… the countdown to Halloween 😍

(If anyone mentions Christmas - there will be ructions!! Halloween first! 🎃👻)

So we’ve got the backdrop changed already to suit our vibe 🤣

Senán is the first model on it 🖤 and what a cutie he is!

📢 Important update for our lovely customers

We wanted to let you know that, due to sickness and having fewer groomers available than usual, we unfortunately need to cancel or reschedule some appointments over the coming weeks.

We completely understand how important your dog’s grooming appointment is, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause. 💕 However, we simply don’t have enough staff available to safely carry out all of the appointments currently booked, and the safety and wellbeing of your dogs (and our team) has to come first.

If your appointment is affected, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.

We really appreciate your patience, understanding and continued support while our team gets back to full strength. 🐾❤️

Thank you for bearing with us — we are doing everything we can to minimise disruption and get everyone booked in as soon as possible.
