📢 Important update for our lovely customers
We wanted to let you know that, due to sickness and having fewer groomers available than usual, we unfortunately need to cancel or reschedule some appointments over the coming weeks.
We completely understand how important your dog’s grooming appointment is, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause. 💕 However, we simply don’t have enough staff available to safely carry out all of the appointments currently booked, and the safety and wellbeing of your dogs (and our team) has to come first.
If your appointment is affected, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
We really appreciate your patience, understanding and continued support while our team gets back to full strength. 🐾❤️
