🌈My beautiful sweet boy Merlin🌈
Last night my beautiful boy crossed the rainbow bridge very peacefully after a very short battle with cancer.
Merlin was honestly one of a kind and my absolute rock. He was the kind of dog you just had to fall in love with, with his beautiful colours, his very sweet loving cuddly soft side, his obbsession with walkies, special dinners and chicken chewys and the way he always made you laugh by sleeping in the most bizarre ways or by being so expressive. He hiked the cheviots, helvellyn and more, he travelled many many places and even went paddle boarding. He was everything to me, hes seen me through the hardest times and never failed to put a smile on my face, but hes also been there for some of the amazing times, and even became the face of my buisiness.
I want to thank River Veterinary Care for their amazing job with Merlin. The care, compassion and comfort was incredible. From start to finish they ensured my boy was the top priority and was looked after and treat like their own. You dont get many vets like this anymore and im so lucky to have them at this time.
As yous can all imagine I need some time to process this, i am going to have to take some time off so I will be contacting everyone whos booked in this week to rearrange, and i will get round to my messages ASAP, but for now I need to prioritise myself and Romeo. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
