𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘

I’ve pondered for along time about introducing a Missed/Cancellation Policy. However, the time has come I feel I need to.

If you do cancel your appointment with less than 48hrs notice a 50% charge is required.

No new appointments will be made until the cancellation fee has been paid.

Thank you for your understanding 🐾
