The first baby is out, with several more already pipped and making their way into the world.

This clutch is from our Lemon Blast Clown female paired to our Cypress Hypo male, making every baby at least double het Clown Hypo.

We’re now on day 57 of incubation, so they’re arriving right on schedule.

It’s always exciting seeing those first little heads appear, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the clutch has in store over the next few days.

🖤 Now the waiting game begins as the rest of the babies make their appearance.

Whether you’re looking to stock up on frozen rodents, substrates, cork bark, decor, dry feeds, hides, heating, feeding equipment or enclosure essentials, we’d love to welcome you to our next warehouse open day.

These open days have become much more than just a shopping day. They’re a chance to browse the warehouse in person, meet fellow reptile keepers and breeders, have a chat, grab a coffee and enjoy being part of the reptile community.

⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️

This will be our final warehouse open day before August, with the next open day taking place on Saturday 1st August.

If you’re planning a large frozen rodent order, need very specific sizes, or would like us to bring in rodents that aren’t currently listed on the website, please contact us before Friday 20th June.

Pre-orders must be paid for in advance, but you’ll still receive our warehouse open day pricing and we’ll make sure your order is ready for collection on the day.

🐭 Frozen rodents often sell quickly, so pre-ordering is the best way to guarantee availability for larger orders.

Meet Jay-Z.

This Leopard Highway 100% Het Pied male is one of the proven breeders here at Living Art Ball Pythons.

He’s an absolutely stunning boy and a real character to work with. Over the years he’s produced some incredible offspring for us, and we’re currently waiting on eggs from one of his females this season after her recent pre-lay shed.

We’re looking forward to seeing what he produces for us next. 🐍

Meet Treacle 🐍

Produced here at Living Art Ball Pythons in July 2021, this Super Gravel female has always done things at her own pace.

She’s been one of our slowest growing holdbacks, but after years of patience she’s finally beginning to develop follicles and will soon be joining our breeding projects. Whether that’s this season or next season, she’s definitely one we’re excited about.

Some snakes are worth waiting for. 🖤

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make it to the IHS show today, but we hope everyone had a fantastic time. We’d love to see what everybody picked up, so feel free to share your new additions in the comments.

🥚 SCAN DAY RESULTS - PART 3 🥚

The final four females confirmed with eggs from yesterday’s scan session were:

🐍 Banana Yellow Belly Genetic Stripe × Puzzle Fire Het Clown

🐍 Black Pastel Albino High Contrast × Enchi Albino Pied

🐍 High Contrast Albino × Enchi Albino Pied

🐍 Pumpkin Champagne Butter × Pastel Calico Orange Dream Desert Ghost

With the scan results now added to the board, we’re currently expecting 27 clutches for the 2026 season, with more females still developing ahead of the next scan session. 🤯

Things are moving quickly now.

We currently have four females that have already completed their pre-lay sheds and are due to lay this month, two more females currently in pre-lay shed, and another female sitting in a huge ovulation.

There’s even a chance we could see double clutch drops on the same day later this month 👀🥚

We’ll be watching these newly confirmed females like hawks over the coming weeks, waiting for those ovulations to start building and the next stage of the journey to begin. 👀🥚

The good news kept coming throughout yesterday’s scan session.

We spent yesterday ultrasound scanning breeding females, and the results were even better than we expected.

The first four females confirmed with eggs were:

🐍 Leopard Lesser Het Clown × Hurricane Special Clown

🐍 Pastel Spotnose Clown × Hurricane Special Clown

🐍 Pinstripe Desert Ghost × Pastel Enchi Stranger Clown

Unfortunately, we somehow managed to miss getting a photo of the Pinstripe Desert Ghost female and her scan, which we’re absolutely gutted about because she’s one of the pairings we’re most excited to see later this season! 😅 So we have chucked a random photo of her in at the end 🖤

Some seriously exciting projects are developing behind the scenes, and we’re already counting down to seeing what these girls produce later this season.

Meet Tiana 🐍

Tiana is a Leopard Double Het Genetic Stripe Clown female that we produced on 13th August 2025.

She’s growing like a w**d, has been an absolute superstar when it comes to feeding, and is quickly becoming an important part of our future breeding plans.

The contrast on this girl is incredible. The dark background colour combined with the bold Leopard patterning makes her stand out every time we get her out.

We’ve got a couple of Genetic Stripe Clown projects going on this season, but over the next few years this project is going to get seriously exciting, with holdbacks such as Tiana and several others growing up and getting ready to join the breeding programme.

We’re super excited to see where this project goes in the years ahead.
