From comforting worried pet owners and celebrating happy recoveries, to managing busy schedules and juggling countless phone calls, veterinary receptionists are often the very first and last people our clients meet.

Their compassion, patience, and dedication help create a positive experience for both pets and their people every single day.

To celebrate our four-legged family members, our lovely nurse Sarah treated Amber (Andrew the Vet's dog 🐶) to a delicious pupachino from our wonderful coffee lady Really Awesome Coffee - Basingstoke! ❤️☕

WOW! 🤩 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our Open Day and helped us raise money for our fantastic local charities. Thanks to your generosity and support, we raised an amazing £600! 💙

🐾 It’s going to be a hot one today but we are still going ahead with our open day! We have air con inside the building if anyone needs a break from the sun! But we are quite lucky our garden is shaded! We are looking forward to seeing anyone that can make it and support our local charities White's Animal Rescue, Basingstoke & District Cats Protection and Helping Dogs and Cats Rescue C.I.C 🐾
