✈️☀️ September getaways are proving popular! ☀️✈️

I’ve loved looking after so many of your lovely cats over the summer and beyond 🐾💕

My aim is always to make sure they receive plenty of attention, fuss and care in the way they’re used to, while staying happy and relaxed in the comfort of their own home. 🏡🐱

I have limited availability throughout September for daily or twice-daily visits.

If you’re heading away and need someone you can trust to care for your cats, please drop me a message to check availability or book your visits. 💌

Here are just a few of the gorgeous clients I’ve had the pleasure of looking after recently… 🥰🐾

☀️🐱 Keeping Cats Cool in the Heat 🐱☀️

It’s been a hot one this week, and I have been spending a little extra time making sure your feline friends stay comfortable and hydrated. 💛

Whether your cat is an indoor adventurer or enjoys time outside, here are a few simple ways to help them stay cool:

💧 Put out extra water bowls around the house
🧊 Add ice cubes to water to keep it cooler for longer
🌳 Make sure outdoor cats always have access to shade
🏠 Keep curtains closed during the hottest parts of the day
🪥 Regular grooming can help remove excess fur
🛏️ Provide cool places to rest, such as tiled floors or cooling mats
🌅 If your cat enjoys the outdoors, encourage time outside in the cooler mornings and evenings
🍽️ Wet food can help increase hydration during warmer weather

🚨 Keep an eye out for signs of heat stress, including panting, drooling, lethargy or difficulty breathing. If you’re concerned, contact your vet straight away.
