Over the last few weeks I have had a number of last minute cancellations with this also customers refusing to pay my cancellations fees too. As a result of this I’m losing out on money and turning away clients that could have had needed that appointment for their dog.

So now there will be a Google form required for every new and existing customer. This only needs to be filled out once but can be edited when needed.

Due to having to cancel appointments the last couple of weeks because of the weather, and now my car being off the road. I am opening this weekend for dog grooming appointments which includes, full grooms, nails trimming and teeth cleaning.

📢 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE 📢

Unfortunately, I had a no-show appointment this morning. 💔 AND a late cancellation for this afternoon too. This means time set aside specifically for your dog is lost, and I am unable to fill that space last minute.

Because of this, and to protect my business and schedule fairly for everyone, I have updated my booking policy effective immediately:

✅ All NEW clients will require a deposit to secure their booking.

💷 Deposit amount: [50% of total amount]
✅ Deducted fully from your grooming price on the day
✅ Transferable if rescheduled with MORE THAN 48 hours notice
❌ Non-refundable for cancellations under 48 hours or missed appointments

For my existing clients, please note: should cancellations or missed appointments happen regularly on your account, I will kindly ask for a deposit for future bookings too. 🤍

Your understanding really helps me keep running smoothly and giving every dog the time and care they deserve 🐶✂️
