💖 A HUGE THANK YOU! 💖

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who shared my post and kept an eye out for my moped yesterday. The good news is I’ve got it back! 🙏 Sadly, it’s not in the best condition 😢, but at least it has been recovered.

This does mean that walks may need to be a little different for a short while whilst I get everything sorted. If your dog’s walks are affected in any way, I’ll message you directly. 🐾

I also want to give a HUGE thank you to Hudsons Hampshire Hounds 💖 You have been absolutely amazing, stepping in yesterday and today to cover my clients so that their dogs weren’t left alone all day. I honestly can’t thank you enough for helping me out when I really needed it. 🥰🐶

And finally, a massive thank you to all of my wonderful clients for being so patient, supportive and understanding about everything that’s happened. It really does mean so much. 💖

Hopefully things will be back to normal very soon! 🤞🐾

And this is why Natural Dog Noms is the only place i will buy natural treats for my own dogs and my clients from! Amy has given me so much wonderful advice over the years with multiple things

Sometimes the best thing we can sell... is nothing. ❤️🐾

This week alone I've had three customers come to me looking for treats to help with different issues their dogs were facing.

Do you know what I sold them?

Nothing.

Could I have filled a bag with treats? Absolutely.

Would it have helped? Not right now.

Instead, we had a chat. We talked about what was really going on, what might help first, and where they could get the right support. We also spoke about how natural treats could become part of the journey later on, when the time was right.

From a business point of view, maybe that's a strange decision.

But at Natural Dog Noms, we don't just want to sell treats. We want to help dogs and the people who love them.

If that means recommending a trainer, behaviourist, vet, or simply being a friendly ear, then that's exactly what we'll do. And if we don't know the answer, we'll always try to point you towards someone who does.

Because for us, the most important thing isn't making a sale.

It's making sure you and your dog get what you really need.

We love talking dogs, we love sharing what we've learnt, and we genuinely enjoy helping wherever we can.

Hopefully, when the time is right, those owners will come back for the treats. But even if they don't, knowing a dog is on the right path is worth far more than any sale. 🥰🐶💚
