⚠️ GRASS SEEDS ⚠️

I’m seeing an increased amount of grass seeds embedded in dogs recently.
Grass seeds may be small, but their arrow-like shape can lodge and pe*****te the skin in paws, ears, around the eyes, and in the armpits causing severe pain, infection and discomfort.

After walks, please take a moment to check your dog for grass seeds. If you notice head shaking, persistent paw licking, discomfort or lameness, contact your vet without delay.

A little appreciation post for my Brucey boy as today is his 2nd birthday! 🥳🐾

I honestly don’t know what I’d do without this boy. He’s got me through some tough times in the 16 months he’s been with us. He loves watching me from the window whilst I’m grooming and gets so excited when I finish work. He is always by my side, and is the most loyal, loveable and affectionate soul.

As most of you know, he was a very impulsive decision after we lost Harrison, and it’s safe to say he was the best decision ever. I just love this boy so much 🥺❤️

This was a special one for this little guy - Skittles the rescue pup had his first full groom! 🤩

Sometimes Skittles needs a bit of reassurance and a few extra cuddles for him to understand grooming is not anything scary, he soon relaxes and his little tail starts wagging away 🤍

There are still a few things he isn’t too keen on, but with patience, kindness, lots of encouragement & all of the hard work his owners have done at home, he absolutely smashed his first groom & I’m so proud of him! 🥰

Please note that I am now fully booked until September.
I know most of my clients are super organised and have atleast 2-3 appointments booked in or have their appointments booked in for the rest of the year, however if you do require an appointment prior to September please do let me know and I will add you to a cancellation list and will try my best to accommodate where possible 🥰

Also, just a gentle reminder of my cancellation policy. I have had a few last minute cancellations recently, and I’m completely understanding that life happens but I kindly ask that you provide me with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last minute cancellations often mean I’m unable to fill the space which really does impact my small business

Monty the Pomsky had his very first puppy groom and was the bravest little boy! ⭐️

Puppy grooms are all about creating a positive first experience. We keep things short, calm and gentle so puppies can get used to the sounds, smells & handling that comes with grooming. Monty enjoyed a warm bath, brush out, nail trim, an ear clean & lots of reassurance to help him build confidence for future visits 🛁

He did amazingly well for his first visit & I can’t wait to see him again as he grows! 🥰
