Due to the increase in temperature this week there will be no day training sessions and 1 to 1 sessions will be moved to late evening if temperature permit. Those who had bookings for this week I will contact you directly and move sessions forward as discretionary dates incase temperatures increase again.

Just a reminder to everyone that want to book for day training sessions and 1-to-1 training these dates are not confirmed or secured until full payment has been received.

Unfortunately, due to an increase in unpaid invoices and last-minute cancellations, we now need to implement this policy for all bookings. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
