Its definitely summer time here in the UK!

With holiday season upon us we are almost booked up for July! We only have the following slots left, if you would like to book a slot please send us a message and we can get you booked in to avoid disappointment!

14th - 3pm
15th - 9:30am
21st - 9:30am and 1pm
31st - 9:30am and 1pm

Once these slots are filled, we can add you to a cancellation list in case a slot becomes available.

CUSTOMER NOTICE!

Due to the extreme heat, we have made the decision to close tomorrow for the safety of both dog and groomers. It is simply not safe for us to continue operating.

We hopefully plan to open again on Friday providing the salon has cooled enough for us to operate safely. If you have an appointment Friday, please do not worry we will contact you if necessary.

Hello Everyone,

We would like to put a polite notice to all of customer regarding getting in touch.

We are getting alot of calls outside of work hours and messages outside of work hours to our personal phones. Unfortunately, we are not able to take these calls or keep up with messages across both of our phones. This is leading to issues with communications with customers.

If you need to contact us you can reach us during work hours which are as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Friday
9:30am - 6:00pm

If you cannot get through or are calling out of hours, please leave us a message on our main landline. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via Facebook messenger via our page.

If we reach out to you via a mobile phone (this can be for short notices or messages) please reply to the phone the message or call has come from, please do not reply to another number as this can cause issues.

Just a quick message for any customers with appointments today, there is a road closure of Ashby Road as you come from Hinckley. The diversion takes you through Barwell and past the tip to the other end of Ashby Road. There is another barrier saying Road closed but you are able to go around that and to us. We are still open ❤️🐾
