Attendees can enjoy keynote discussions, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, and practical farm-based sessions.

We're incredibly proud of Nat (from our Whitchurch team), who recently travelled to London to attend an important meeting at the Home Office with Baroness Hayman.

Representing BIVTA, Vet Techs and ATTs, Nat joined chairs from the NACFT and the Cattle Hoof Standard Board, alongside representatives from Equine Dentists, Farriers, Animal Physiotherapists and Animal Behaviourists.

The meeting focused on the next steps for Allied Professionals within the Veterinary Surgeons Act, ensuring our industries are heard and properly represented throughout the regulatory process.

It was an extremely positive and refreshing discussion, with Baroness Hayman showing genuine interest in involving allied professionals and demonstrating a strong understanding of the vital role Vet Techs and ATTs play within the livestock industry - particularly in disease prevention, control, and potential eradication.

A fantastic step forward for our profession and the wider livestock industry.
