Sleek & Chic Dog Grooming 07883 831 816 07883 831 816. 5 Qualified Dog Groomers. Based at Park Crescent, Barry ❤️ About Us

All the groomers at Sleek & Chic, and there are five, love what we do.

We want to make your dog’s experience a happy one so that each time they return to us they do so with a happy tail. We take time to discuss with you your requirements and compliment that with your dog’s requirements. We believe that communication is paramount, every groomer at Sleek & Chic has the skill and training to groom any breed of dog; it is the communication between the humans that can sometimes become muddled so we try to get this right at the start. OUR SERVICES

Our grooming prices include nail clipping, ear plucking, bathing with high quality shampoos and conditioners and clipping or sc******ng to your requirements. We offer free nail clipping between appointments. We only provide a**l gland expressing if requested by the owner and only if the gland expresses easily. A**l glands can become infected and we recommend you speak with your vet regarding this. Ear plucking and nail clipping is a complementary service within the groom, which we will carry out if there is no distress caused to the dog or danger of injury to the groomer when carrying this out. Training

Each of the 5 groomers working at Sleek and Chic has been trained either by an official grooming training body or by way of an apprenticeship. You can be assured that your pet will receive a high standard of care and expertise.

🐾 Muddy paws, fluffy coats & winter walks! 🐶🍂🌧️

Is your pooch enjoying the muddy walks and wetter weather? 🐕💦

You might think keeping their coat long and fluffy will help them stay warm, but did you know that regular grooming is just as important in the colder months? ❄️

Knots, matts and a build-up of undercoat can cause discomfort and stop your dog’s coat doing its job properly.

❤️ A healthy coat = a happy dog!

Take 5 minutes today to check your dog’s coat and paws for any knots, tangles or trapped mud.

✨ ONE WHOLE YEAR! ✨

On 1st October, it will officially be one whole year since I took over the salon… and what an amazing year it has been. 🥹🤍

I honestly can’t believe how quickly the time has gone. From welcoming familiar faces through the door week after week, watching your gorgeous dogs grow, meeting so many lovely new customers — and still, even now, getting to welcome new little faces into the salon — I’m so grateful for every single one of you. 🐶✨

This year has brought so many special moments, including winning awards, reaching milestones I never imagined, plenty of laughs, cuddles, wagging tails and, of course, a LOT of fur! 😂🐾 I feel incredibly lucky to be doing something I love every day, surrounded by the loveliest dogs, owners & staff.

So, to celebrate our 1st birthday, from Monday to Saturday this week, every dog visiting the salon will be going home with a little doggy cupcake & treats, lovingly handmade by my mum, Paula 🧁💕 — because obviously the dogs deserve to celebrate too!

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me over this first year — whether you’ve been with me from the beginning, recommended the salon to someone, shared a post, left a lovely review, or only recently found us. Every bit of support means more than you know. 🥹

Here’s to one incredible year… and hopefully many, many more! 🥂🐾💗

Happy 1st Birthday to us! 🎂🐶✨
