🌹🐾 WOW!!! YOU GUYS!!! 🐾🌹

I honestly wasn't expecting this... but Phoebe has received 14 adoption applications already! 😲❤️

When this beautiful girl arrived with her babies, all she wanted was food, love and somewhere safe to call home. Now she has 14 families hoping to offer her the forever home she deserves. 🥹

Thank you so much to every single person who has taken the time to apply. It means the world to see so many people choosing rescue and wanting to give cats like Phoebe a second chance. ❤️

I'll now be working my way through the applications and home checks. Please remember that applications are carefully considered to ensure each cat is matched with the most suitable home, so submitting an application doesn't automatically reserve a cat.

Whatever happens, one thing is certain... Phoebe has well and truly stolen everyone's hearts! 🥰

🐾 A little reminder... 🐾

I don't need to "catnap" anybody's cat.

I currently have nearly 30 cats and kittens in my care through Yorkshire Rose Cat Rescue, and every single day is spent helping lost, injured, abandoned and vulnerable cats.

If I stop to check on a cat, scan for a microchip, or make enquiries about an animal's welfare, it's because I'm trying to help and make sure that cat is safe.

Microchipping is now a legal requirement for owned cats, and checking whether a cat is chipped is one of the quickest ways to reunite lost cats with their owners.

Nobody is trying to steal your cat. I'd much rather spend my time looking after the many cats already in rescue than dealing with unnecessary accusations.

The welfare of the cat will always come first. ❤️

🌹🐾 PHOEBE IS STILL WAITING... 🐾🌹

I genuinely can't believe this beautiful girl is still looking for her forever home. 😔

Phoebe has had 3 enquiries, but unfortunately none have responded to the follow-up emails, which means this lovely girl is still waiting for someone to choose her.

At just 18 months old, Phoebe has so much love to give. She's incredibly affectionate, adores cuddles, and despite being a young mum, she still loves to play like a kitten herself. ❤️

She's the perfect mix of playful and loving, always happy to curl up with you for fuss and attention after a play session.

Phoebe would be best suited to a home with older children who can give her the love and attention she deserves.

After doing such an amazing job raising her babies, it's finally Phoebe's turn to be spoiled and cherished by a family of her own. 🥰

🌹🐾 HELP NEEDED 🐾🌹

Just look at those little face's.. ❤️

Behind every cute kitten photo is a rescue trying to make sure they have everything they need to grow up healthy, happy and loved.

I've just received my latest vet invoice, and the total for one month alone is £1,718.83.

At the moment I have:
🐾 4 mums and 18 kittens in my care
🐾 1 mum and 2 kittens in foster care
🐾 A pregnant mum due to give birth soon

The biggest things I need right now are:

🥫 Whiskas Kitten Jelly pouches
🐾 Cat litter
🐾 Kitten biscuits
💜 Donations towards vet bills

Every pouch of food, bag of litter, donation and share genuinely helps. Rescue is becoming harder and more expensive every month, but these little ones still need feeding, cleaning, vaccinating and caring for.

🌹🐾 Rescue Question 🐾🌹

I'm looking into waste collection options for Yorkshire Rose Cat Rescue and wondered if anybody could recommend any local companies?

With having multiple mums and lots of kittens in rescue, litter trays are being changed several times a day and I'm finding that my household bin is no longer keeping up with the amount of waste being produced.

Do any other rescues, fosterers, catteries, kennels or small businesses use a private wheelie bin or trade waste collection service?

I'd really appreciate any recommendations, experiences, prices or companies to avoid.

Well, it looks like these girls have settled in straight away! ❤️

From exploring their new home and investigating every corner, to playing with their toys and finding the comfiest spots to relax, I'd say they're making themselves very comfortable already. 🏡🐱🐱

A huge thank you to Lindsey and family for giving Matilda and Aurora the loving forever home they deserve. Seeing photos like these makes all the hard work worthwhile and reminds me exactly why I do rescue. 💕

Be good, girls... although I have a feeling you're already keeping everyone entertained! 😹

🌹🐾 Iris and Rocco 🐾🌹

Can you believe these two are already 8 weeks old? 🥹💕

It feels like only yesterday they were tiny babies, and now they're growing into beautiful, confident little kittens. Their personalities are really starting to shine, and they'll soon be starting the search for their forever homes. 🏡❤️

Their brother Hugo will be joining them too, although he was far too busy having a nap to pose for photos today! 😴😂

For now, they're enjoying plenty of playtime, cuddles, good food, and getting up to all sorts of kitten mischief. 🐾💕
