🌞 Good morning everyone!

With today’s temperature set to climb even higher than Tuesday and Wednesday, we’ve made the decision to close the salon today.
Wednesday morning was already a real struggle in the heat, and it simply isn’t safe for the dogs or for us — especially when grooming involves blowing warm air on them in this weather 🥵🐶

All Friday appointments have now been rearranged, and we’ll be back open on Tuesday as normal.

morning everyone ☀️🐾

Just a little update from the salon today. We’re closely monitoring the temperature in the shop and keeping everything as cool and comfortable as possible for your pups. Right now it’s nice and cool, but with the heat rising over the next few days, we’ll be keeping a very close eye on it.

If it does get too warm, we may need to rearrange some appointments — your dog’s safety always comes first.

Please do not walk your dog to the shop in this heat, even for short distances. Their paws and breathing can be affected much quicker than we realise.

If you’d feel happier rearranging your appointment, we completely understand — just drop us a message and we’ll get you sorted.

We’ve had a set of keys handed in this morning if anyone is missing a set off keys give us a message. (You must be able to tell us what else is on the keys to get them back to rightful owner).

🌞 Good Morning Everyone!

You’ve certainly been keeping us busy — the phone has been ringing off the hook lately, and we’re so grateful for all your support and trust in us.

A quick update for you all:
💛 Michelle will be having a minor operation next week and will be off for around two weeks while she recovers. The shop will remain open as normal, but due to the high demand we are now fully booked until 17th February.

We also wanted to give you a little heads-up:
📅 From 1st of March, there will be a small price increase —
• £2 added to all full grooms
• £1 added to bath & brush appointments & nails

We didn’t increase our prices last year, but as you all know, the cost of products, utilities, and general supplies keeps rising. We hope you understand that this small adjustment helps us continue giving your pups the very best care, products, and time they deserve.

Thank you, as always, for keeping us so busy and for being such a wonderful community. We appreciate every single one of you and your gorgeous dogs. 💕🐾
