So here we are, gearing up for another lockdown. Not what anyone was hoping for but fingers crossed it has the desired effect!
Don’t forget we are still here for advice for all you wonderful people; those who have already purchased from us and any newbies considering it!

This is the first time we have had pure pink babies and they’ll be available shortly.

Hi everyone! It’s good to see so many new faces. Just a bit of a clarification post really as I’m seeing lots of comments about the breeding age and size of ‘micro pigs’ and unfortunately I cannot reply to them all individually.
Firstly, quite rightly the cute little piglets do grow into a good sized pig, they don’t stay babies forever. You should expect your pig to be approximately 1/3 the size of a commercial pig. We say to expect your pig to grow to the size of a chunky Springer spaniel dog. A medium sized dog if you’re still unsure. All our parent pigs are fully grown so you can be sure to see what you can expect when you come to choose your piglet! For us that’s the best way of knowing.

Secondly, pigs can breed exceptionally young, males from around 12 weeks! Please be sure you go to reputable breeders to avoid seeing piglets out of parents that are under 3 years old as they haven’t finished growing themselves! If it looks too good to be true, it quite possibly is.

Lastly, micro pig piglets should be very small and compact as newborn babies. If you are offered a piglet that looks young and wobbly but is very long, be aware it may be a scam and you may be looking at a commercial piglet that is far too young to be away from its mummy.
Please, do your research and if you have questions please don’t be afraid to ask!
