🩻💊🩹Update on Auntie Claire (Peg Leg)
I’m still in a lot of pain and struggling to walk and stand, but slowly hobbling about with a walking boot and tubigrips on.
I’ve been to the docs this morning for a check up. I’m doing everything right. Apparently I should have been referred to the fracture clinic and told to rest for 6-8 weeks not 1-2 weeks had the notes been done correctly from the hospital!!! As it is now they couldn’t get me in before my holiday (17th Sept). If I’m still in a lot of pain after the holiday they can refer me to the fracture clinic then. Realistically we are looking at the middle of October before I can even start working again. This means I will be continuing to clear my diary and contacting all my affected clients. Auntie Nik and Unca Sam are being amazing and helping me out wherever they can by getting some of my clients in. Thankyou for all your patience, understanding and well wishes. Miss you all loads 💜🐾🐶🥰 ###

So, this my current status. Unfortunately I took a bad tumble in the garden yesterday evening and after spending 6 hrs in A&E, it turns out I have sprained my left ankle and badly torn the ligaments in my right!!! The doctor has advised rest for 1-2 weeks. So I’m playing it by ear. I will be in touch with all my dogs currently booked in to update them, but the immediate appointments will be cancelled and rearranged. Myself and Auntie Nik are very busy so will try to accommodate as best we can. I do understand if you feel the need to find an emergency groomer in the interim. I apprentice your understanding during this painful time. Bella, River & Mango (Nik & Dawn too) are doing a sterling job looking after me 🖤🤎🧡. Lots of love Auntie Claire 💜###

Unca Sam had Narla in the salon today, for a bath and a tidy. Went with rounding her muzzle to show off her pretty smile! 😁 💙
