Raincoats, fleeces and harnesses can all contribute to tangles and matting, so it’s worth getting into good habits now.

A little extra brushing and regular checks can make a big difference to your dog’s comfort.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying with this handsome golden oldie over the weekend, and he really is such a lovely boy. 🐾❤️

His ball is definitely his favourite, but I soon realised it’s more than just a toy, it seems to be a real source of comfort for him.

He even came to check on me during the night before settling back down. It’s little moments like this that make staying in a dog’s home so special. Getting to know their routines and what helps them feel safe and settled is all part of giving them the best care.

I’ll be seeing him again soon for a little pampering session to make him even more dapper! ✂️🐶

Why do I have a deposit & cancellation policy? 🐾

As a small business, every booking matters. When I reserve dates for you and your dog, that time is set aside especially for you, and I may have to turn away other bookings.

When a booking is cancelled at short notice, it can be very difficult to fill those dates again, which can mean a loss of income for my business.

My deposit and cancellation policy isn’t there to make things difficult. It simply helps protect my time and my small business, while keeping things fair for everyone.

I completely understand that plans can change and sometimes things happen. ❤️ All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible.

Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business, it really does make a difference. 🐶

Happy birthday to this gorgeous boy! 🎂💙

He’s been with me right from the beginning, so watching his confidence grow has been so special. He always greets me with kisses and never fails to make me smile.

He’s such a happy, gentle boy with a brilliant character, although he certainly gives his owners a telling off when they come to collect him! 😂

You really are one of a kind, and I’m so pleased to have watched you grow into the confident boy you are today. 🐾💙

Not every dog needs the same grooming experience.

Some dogs happily jump onto the table. Others need a little more time, patience and reassurance.

That’s why I never believe in rushing a groom just to get the job finished.

I take the time to work at each dog’s pace, paying attention to their body language and helping them feel as comfortable and secure as possible throughout their appointment.

For me, grooming isn’t just about how your dog looks when they leave. It’s about how they feel while they’re with me too. ❤️
