Building work update.

We now have a large skip and storage container in our car park to prepare for the next phase of our refurbishment.

✔️Please consider parking a short distance away from the car park as there will be less
space than usual.

✔️If you are coming into the car park please drive slowly and take care as there will be less room to turn.

✔️If parking on local streets please be considerate to the residents, don’t block access to houses or footpaths and don’t park on double yellow lines.

We have reduced capacity for consults and routine procedures for a few weeks so please be patient. We will organise procedures on a waiting list depending on urgency and theatre / kennel space.

🎉 Celebrating our wonderful Suzi! 🐾❤️

After an incredible 19 years with us, and an amazing 50+ years working in the veterinary profession, the time has finally come to say a very well-deserved happy retirement to our lovely receptionist, Suzi! 🥂✨

Suzi has been such a valued and much-loved part of our team over the years, bringing kindness, warmth, laughter and dedication to everything she does. We’ve been so lucky to have her as part of our veterinary team. 🐶🐱❤️

Her love for animals has gone far beyond the reception desk. Suzi has hand-reared countless puppies and kittens, giving them the time, care and love they needed to get the best possible start in life. 🍼🐶🐱 Her caring nature truly has made a difference to so many little lives.

And as if all those years of hard work weren’t impressive enough, Suzi was also Runner-Up Receptionist of the Year 2021— a very fitting recognition of someone who has given so much to the profession! 🏆👏

We also take this time to remember Tilly, Suzi’s beloved companion and very important member of the reception team! 🐾❤️ Tilly could often be found right alongside Suzi behind the desk, keeping her company and welcoming everyone through the door. They really were a team, and those memories of Suzi and Tilly working side by side will always be very special to us. 🥰

Now it’s time for the exciting part… 🌍✈️
Suzi is off to enjoy London, Australia and plenty of adventures with her children and her first grandchild, making memories, seeing the world and enjoying every minute of her retirement!

From all of us, thank you, Suzi, for 19 wonderful years. You will be very much missed, but we couldn’t be happier for you as you start this next chapter.
Here’s to retirement, travel, family, fun and making the most of every moment! 🥂🌎❤️
