We’re delighted to be supporting Deveronvale FC for the 2026/27 season with our very own Gamrie Dog Field advertising board. ❤️🤍

As a small local business, it’s great to be able to put a little back into the local community — and hopefully introduce a few more dog owners to our secure field at the same time! 🐶

We had the loveliest visitors recently — four beautiful Bearded Collies enjoying a big adventure at the field 💙🐾

You don’t see many Beardies these days, so having four together felt really special.

Beardies are famous for their bouncy joyful nature and these four certainly lived up to it… full of energy, full of character and full of those trademark fluffy coats blowing in the wind.

They’re now classed as a vulnerable native breed, with UK registrations dropping from 346 in 2015 to just 158 last year, one of the lowest on record 😔.

All the more reason these photos mean so much. Their bouncy, joyful nature, those windswept coats, and their big personalities were out in full force. A proper treat for us, and a lovely reminder of what makes this breed so special 🤍🩶

🐾❤️ KODY UPDATE — HE’S FOUND HIS NEW HOME! 🏡

After we shared Laura’s appeal last week, we offered the use of Gamrie Dog Field as a safe, neutral place for Kody to meet any potential new four-legged family members.

Well, on Sunday that offer was taken up and this was Kody meeting his new 7-year-old Lab companion at the field.🥰🐾

We’re delighted to say the meeting went well and tomorrow Kody heads off to start his new chapter ❤️

He’s staying fairly local so Laura will be able to hear how he’s getting on.

A huge thank you to everyone who shared the original appeal, commented, tagged someone or simply helped get Kody’s story seen ❤️

And, of course, thank you to Kody’s new family for giving this lovely lad his chance at a new beginning.

Good luck tomorrow Kody! We hope you and your new pal have many very happy years and adventures together 💙🐾🏡

Hunter’s days of struggling to find his forever home and waiting at Mrs Murray's Home for Stray Dogs and Cats are long behind him! He’s landed so lucky with his family, he loves his trips to the field and adores his time with Emma from Em’s Waggy tails 💙🐾

I managed a few hours off work this weekend and went on a wee adventure round all the Gamrie Creatives venues. Honestly, what a brilliant wander! Our village is bursting with talent, every stop had something different and I loved having a good nosey at all the amazing pieces from our local artists.

And somehow… I actually won the daily prize giveaway on Saturday! I never win anything 😁. I Picked it up this morning and I’m absolutely delighted, thank you so much to all involved 💙. Photos of the prize don't do it justice and my dog Rusty will really enjoy the bubbles 🐾😊.

I’m back to work now so apologies if I’m a bit slower replying to messages, I promise I’m catching up!

If you haven’t been down to see all the spectacular work yet, there’s still time as venues are open until 4pm today. Perfect excuse for a wee stroll, a nosey, and a photo or two 🎨💙

🐾 Meet Hunter! 🐾
Hunter only lives a mile or two from Gamrie Dog Field now.
He was adopted from Mrs Murray's Home for Stray Dogs and Cats by a lovely family. It’s great to see him finally enjoying life, whether he’s tearing around the field, cooling off in the grass or perfecting his sand pit digging technique 😄
We know there are lots of rescue dogs in our community and we’d love to hear about them.

📣 Can anyone help Harris? 🐾
One of our Gamrie Dog Field customers is looking for either a trusted dog sitter or boarding kennels for his handsome Spaniel.
🐶 Harris
• 2-year-old male Spaniel
• Very friendly and well domesticated
• Can be a bit of a handful on the lead (typical young Spaniel! 😄)
He’s looking for overnight care on:
📅 7th August (1 night)
📅 21st August (1 night)
