🐾 FRIDAY MORNING PUPPY GROUP WALK 🐾
A group walk specifically for puppies from fully vaccinated up until 1 year old! 🐶
⏰ Friday mornings
⏱️ 45 minutes
💷 £15 per puppy
🐾 Maximum 4 puppies
What will we do?
🐾 30-minute slow-paced walk
A gentle, age-appropriate pace to avoid putting unnecessary strain on growing bodies, bones, joints and hips.
👃 15 minutes of fun & learning
Scent work, enrichment, puppy games and general training to keep those little brains working!
🐶 Why an all-puppy group?
This isn’t just about walking with other dogs. Puppies will experience new places, sights, sounds, smells and environments, while learning how to calmly navigate around other dogs.
Puppies will be introduced slowly and safely in an enclosed space first, allowing them to get comfortable with each other before progressing onto more adventurous walks.
As a dog trainer, I’ll also incorporate general training throughout the sessions, helping puppies build the skills, confidence and focus they need to safely progress into older group walks.
They may even move on alongside a puppy they already know from these sessions, making that transition much easier! 🐾
🐾 Even if your puppy NEVER joins a regular group walk…
These skills are still incredibly valuable!
Your puppy doesn’t have to become a regular group-walk dog for this experience to benefit them. Learning how to walk calmly around other dogs, focus around distractions, cope with new environments and confidently experience unfamiliar situations are useful life skills for any dog.
It can help make everyday walks, meeting other dogs, visiting new places and simply navigating the world around them much easier.
Starting as a Friday tester!
For now, this will run once a week on Friday mornings. If there is enough interest, I can look at expanding puppy group walks to every day.
