🎆🐾 FIREWORK SEASON IS COMING – LET’S GET PREPARED! 🐾🎆

Fireworks can be a frightening time for many pets, but planning ahead can make a real difference! 💙

We’re encouraging everyone to get organised early!

We know that every pet is different, and the level of support they need can vary.

💙 For pets with mild firework anxiety:
There are a number of calming supplements and products available that may help. Many of these can be supplied by our team without the need for a veterinary consultation.

💙 For pets with more severe firework fears or phobias:
Some pets may benefit from prescription-only medication to help them cope. In these cases, a veterinary examination is required to assess your pet and discuss the most appropriate treatment options.

🐾 Why prepare early?

Getting organised ahead of time allows you to:

✅ Explore calming products and supplements before fireworks begin.

✅ Arrange a veterinary consultation if stronger medication may be needed.

✅ Have a plan in place before the fireworks start!

🎆 SPECIAL OCTOBER OFFER!

To encourage owners to seek advice early, we’re offering Firework Fear Consultations for just £38.72 throughout October!

📞 Contact our Ayr or Prestwick team for advice or to book your pet’s appointment.

🐾 Don’t leave it until the fireworks begin – a little preparation now could make a big difference! 💙

🐱 A little look inside our Cat Clinic… featuring the lovely Ollie! 💙

Ollie joined us for his Care Club check-up and nail clip, and as you can see, the treats went down rather well! 😋🐾

Our dedicated Cat Clinics are all about making vet visits that little bit calmer for our feline patients. No dogs are in the building during the clinic, helping to create a quieter, more relaxed environment for cats like Ollie.

And because Ollie is a Care Club member, his check-up and nail clip were included in his plan 🙌

He certainly looks pretty pleased with the service… although we suspect the treats may have had something to do with it! 😂💙

Clinics run Wednesday & Thursday afternoons at our Prestwick branch 🐾
