Hi everyone,

We just wanted to give you a heads-up that we’ll shortly be sending out a new contract containing our updated Terms & Conditions, particularly regarding payments.

Unfortunately, we’ve been left with no choice but to introduce a £5 per day late payment charge for any invoices that remain unpaid after their due date. This will apply for every day the payment remains outstanding.

We really didn’t want to have to do this, but we’re now in a position where our own bills and business costs aren’t being paid on time because we’re having to wait weeks and weeks for outstanding invoices to be settled. It’s becoming extremely difficult and, quite honestly, we’re totally fed up with having to chase payments.

If these new terms are going to be a problem for anyone, then going forward we will unfortunately have to require payment before the service is provided.

We hope everyone can understand where we’re coming from. We absolutely love what we do and appreciate every one of our customers, but we also need to make sure Wendover Paws can continue running properly.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

🩷🐾 FINALLY TAKING ON NEW CUSTOMERS! 🐾🩷

Wendover Paws Pet Services is excited to announce that we are finally taking on new customers!

Here at Wendover Paws, your dog’s welfare is always our top priority. We offer a wide range of professional services to keep your canine companions happy, healthy, and looking their very best.

Many of our dogs love attending our group walks, which are a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, burn off energy, and develop important social skills. We also understand that group walks aren’t suitable for every dog, which is why we offer 1:1 walks tailored to dogs who prefer a quieter, more individual experience.

We also have grooming appointments available, with plenty of fantastic reviews from our happy customers. From full grooms to mobile nail clipping, we’re here to help keep your dog looking and feeling great.
