Little man is almost one and so much has happened in a year. Through becoming a mother, I also became a whole new person.

This post isn’t about how much I do or don’t do. It’s not about comparing who works more or proving that I can run a business while raising a baby.
It’s about the fact that pregnancy, birth and postpartum change you… physically, hormonally, mentally and emotionally.
And those changes don’t exist in isolation. They come with you into every part of your life. Including work.
Especially when your work has always been such a huge part of who you are.
Becoming a mum has been the wildest and most wonderful experience.
