So proud to be part of an amazing company and team! 😍

We are delighted to announce that palaMOUNTAINS® has become an Official Partner of the ICF World Championships 2026 in Owińska! 🐾🏆

palaMOUNTAINS® specializes in high-quality nutritional supplements developed for active, sporting and working dogs, with a strong focus on daily support as the foundation for health and performance.

The Exceed range is designed as a daily addition to the diet, supporting overall health, the immune system and recovery. Helping active dogs stay ready to perform, day after day.

When the demands increase during intensive training or competition, Pre-Boost and Recovery provide that extra level of support. Their unique liquid formulas combine electrolytes with carefully selected vitamins and creatine, tailored to the needs of active dogs before, during and after demanding exercise.

What makes palaMOUNTAINS different is not only what goes into the products, but what the dog’s body can actually use. Thanks to the liquid formulation, the products are highly palatable, easy to administer and well accepted.

The scientifically supported formulation is designed for excellent bioavailability, with absorption of up to 99%.

And there’s more, palaMOUNTAINS will be joining us at the event! During the ICF World Championships 2026, you’ll be able to visit their stand, discover the product range, meet the palaMOUNTAINS team and find out how their products can support your four-legged athlete.

We’re very happy to welcome a brand so closely connected with the world of active and sporting dogs to our group of partners.

Welcome to the ICF World Championships 2026, Palamountains NL! 🧡

Dinner time for these little ones 🐾❤️

Absolutely thriving on Reggie’s Raw! 🥰 Giving puppies the best start in life is so important — providing the foundations they need for healthy growth, development, gut health, skin, coat and overall wellbeing.

And topped with Palamountains Exceed for that extra nutritional support for growth, muscles, bones & joints, immunity and a healthy coat. 💪🐶

Honestly, the BEST combo! ❤️

Beyond happy to be working with two amazing companies and feeding my pups products I genuinely believe in. 🐾

Reggie’s Raw x Palamountains Exceed — setting them up to thrive! 🔥

🥚🥛 Raw egg & goat’s milk for my nearly 6-week-old pups! 🐾

A little extra goodness alongside their meals as these chunky babies continue to grow and develop. ❤️

🥛 Why goat’s milk? It’s naturally nutrient-rich, providing protein, fats, vitamins and minerals, as well as helping to add extra fluids to their diet. It also contains naturally occurring electrolytes, making it a lovely way to support hydration.

🥚 Raw egg provides another natural source of protein and nutrients to support growing pups.

Happy, healthy and thriving — getting bigger by the day! 🐶💪🏼❤️

🐾 TRI DOG DUATHLON – FIRST RACE OF THE SEASON! 🏃‍♀️🐕

What a way to kick off the season! 💥

Last weekend we headed to to compete in the Duathlon for a fantastic weekend of racing, fun and plenty of laughs with some brilliant friends. We had a great turnout of Severn Sport Dogs competitors, with some fantastic performances, podiums and some seriously impressive racing! 💙

🥇 First up – Blu & Ash

Blu was out with Ash, super good boy as always! 💙 The course was a little longer than previous years, but that didn’t stop them putting in two fabulous runs across the weekend.

Blu finished 1st overall for the weekend! 🏆🔥

🥉 Next up – Phoebe & Wiz

Phoebe and Wiz' first ever duathlon, and what a way to start! 😍

They absolutely smashed it, taking a huge 2 minutes off their Day 2 time and finishing 3rd overall for the weekend! 🥉👏

What a fantastic weekend with great friends, brilliant dogs and plenty of racing spirit. ❤️

The season is officially underway… and we cannot wait to see what it has in store! 🔥🐾

Bring on the next one! 💪🏽🐕🏃🏼‍♀️💨

Post-training recovery 🐾💪🏽

One of our go-to post-training snacks is Reggie’s Raw Pork, Chicken & Apple Bites🐷🍎

We aim to get a protein-rich snack in around 30 minutes after exercise, much my favourite chocolate milk being used as a simple post-workout recovery drink for humans — giving the body protein and nutrients when it needs them for recovery. 🧬

For our dogs, their protein comes from their meat. 🥩🐓 The quality protein in Reggie’s Raw Bites provides essential amino acids to support muscle repair and recovery after hard work.

Then we add a little:

🥛 Goat’s Milk – nutritious, palatable and a favourite with the team.

💛 Palamountains Preboost & Recovery – to support hydration, replenishment and recovery after exercise.

A simple post-training routine, but an important part of keeping our canine athletes fuelled, recovered and ready to go again. 💪🏽

Train hard. Recover well. Come back stronger. 🐕⚡
