Stay off hot pavements, walk early or late to avoid the heat. Please remember they are in a fur coat and hot roads can burn feet.
Even 20degrees can be too hot - stay cool everyone ###x

‼️ HEATSTROKE WARNING ‼️

With the bank holiday treating us to some beautiful weather we need to remember our smaller family members that will struggle to enjoy the heat as much as us🐶🐰🐈

Remember to only walk in the early morning or late evening when the weather is at its coolest and most importantly, remember it’s ok for your dog to miss a walk to protect them from heatstroke which can be life threatening to our pets❤️‍🩹

HAVE THE BEST BANK HOLIDAY EVERYONE☀️

Camouflage at its funkiest!
We only found it because it squeaked when it got stood on!

Michele Ashby’s pastel portrait 'Get a Dog They Said' captures a moment many pet owners will instantly recognize — the reality behind the romantic idea. With remarkable technical precision, Ashby renders rain-soaked textures, fogged lenses, and chilled skin tones, transforming an everyday experience into something quietly humorous and deeply human.

Working in pastel on Pastelmat, she demonstrates extraordinary control of surface and detail, allowing viewers to almost feel the cold air and damp fabric. The piece balances realism with narrative wit, reminding us that companionship often comes with unexpected adventures. ❤️

If anyone finds a blue slip lead at the field, can you pop it in the stable for safe keeping.

It is a precious keepsake.
Thank you ###

What have we been up to this morning?

There will be a code change on Friday

Be aware that a man has tried to open the gate to 'walk his dog' today without booking a slot. A client was using the field. We strongly advise you move the padlock into the field and lock the gate behind you.
We are looking into a secure sliding bolt for the internal side but in the meantime please take care.
