🐾❣️ Please note that we are currently in the process of renovating the shop. As part of this, our dog pens are being removed today, which means we will temporarily have no holding pens available after grooms.

Because of this, we will need to introduce a late pick-up and early drop-off fee. Unfortunately, we won’t have the facilities to accommodate dogs once their groom is complete or before their scheduled appointment time.

You will receive a text message 20–30 minutes before your dog is ready for collection. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly, as late pick-ups may delay our following appointments and will incur a fee.
