Apparently my customer service department received a complaint this morning… about me not answering an email at 9:30 on a Saturday night! 😂🌙

Then I was “very unhelpful” because I couldn’t accept a voucher that the provider’s system showed as already claimed and invoiced. Sadly, my talents don’t extend to redeeming the same voucher twice! 🪄🎟️

Behind the scenes at Lucky Tails, there are plenty of late nights catching up on emails and paperwork after looking after the animals all day. But even I occasionally have to clock off! 🦙💻

Sunday morning coffee now needs upgrading to an industrial-strength version. ☕😂
