I’m half way through a very local pet sit a couple of streets from home (so local, in fact, my cat Errol found me at the pet sit 🤷‍♀️🐾😊😻). This is the absolutely lovely boy Mr. Spock - who had a harsh, outdoor only, loveless life before his brilliant humans found & rescued him.
He has the loveliest character and temperament, he’s the GOODEST of Good Boys with the cutest wonky ears:

I’m back home from a really lovely break in Selsey. If you’ve never been, it’s really dog friendly. We made friends with a lovely, super friendly Red Setter called Boris, and saw dogs every time we walked the coast. So many happy puppers enjoying the sea.
We went by train: Coventry to Chichester, then a bus to Selsey, all bits connecting pretty well.
Back to work-mode (ish) tomorrow.

Not long completed my first week & a bit with my new dog walking regular pupper Stella the Spaniel. She is new to the area, so is loving all the new sniffs and pee-mails to read. You may see us on and around: Mancetter Rec, Witherley and the beautiful walk by the stream from Mancetter Scout Hut. Stella is very chilled around other dogs and a Very Good Girl indeed:

Today was the last day with the absolutely lovely Chase & Sailor, the brilliant Border Collies (plus chickens and a ram), in Hints. We’ve had lovely walks in the early morning, as it’s still been quite hot and humid for the rest of the day. They’ve had lots of fusses and cuddles, and they’ve given me the CUTEST early morning wake-ups. They’re an absolute joy to look after.
I’m already missing being followed everywhere by them…

I’m near the end of a pretty solid 5 weeks of pet sitting. I thought I’d be dead on my feet right now, and I’m sort of pooped, but also fitter & healthier than I’ve been in AGES!

Sarah and her return custom for the absolutely gorgeous Border Collies Chase and Sailor (plus chickens, Rodney the Ram, the pair of puffer fish and the stick insect duo.)
It’s been absolutely lovely, and great fun to look after your pets.
I am now looking forward to my own bed & some time with my gorgeous tabby boy, Errol.

I have just finished a lovely 9 days with the beautiful Blossom. She’s everything you want a Golden Retriever to be: friendly, cuddly, smiley, funny and cute. She also does quite a comprehensive facial when the fancy takes her. It was VERY hard to say goodbye to her this morning. Thank you for being the GOODEST of girls, Blossom:
