We can't wait to welcome you for the rest of the bank holiday weekend 🐯

Here's a few tips to help you make the most of your visit 👇👇👇

🎟 Pre-book your tickets!
Make sure you have a pre-booked ticket before setting off, to avoid disappointment. You can screenshot your QR code and have this ready to be scanned upon entry. If you have any type of voucher or third-party booking, please make sure you have the relevant tickets & supporting documents to validate your booking too.

🚗 Pre-book your parking before you arrive!
If you’ve already purchased parking online, you don’t need to do anything when you arrive - just follow the directions from our car park team, who’ll help you find the best available space! If you haven’t booked, we do have cashless payment points available on-site.

⏰ Stick to your time slot!
Arrive during your reserved entry time to help us keep queues moving and get you into the zoo quicker.

📲 Download our app!
Plan your day with our digital map, check animal feeding times, daily talks and more! This will give you the best chance to spot our animals.

👀 Keep your eyes peeled!!
We've hidden some tokens around our 100-acre zoo that give you the chance to win EPIC prizes during your visit

⚠️ VISITOR UPDATE - 27 AUGUST ⚠️

We are open! If you're planning to visit us today, please make sure you're dressed for the weather, wear your coats, wellies and bring umbrellas ☔️

Please note right 👉 Due to the heavy downfall we've experienced after such a prolonged period of dry weather, some areas have become flooded, or inaccessible.

Our dedicated team are working hard to clear the water and reopen as much as possible but currently these areas are closed to the public 👇

🦋 Butterfly Paradise
🦎 Close Encounters
🦒 Giraffe House & Uda Wallawe Path
🐧 Penguin Lawn
🐐 Animal Walkthroughs

You can still get outdoors, experience nature and explore the rest of our 100-acre zoo! Or take a break from the rain in our indoor habitats - Bonobos of the Congo Basin, Gibbon Forest, Eastern-black rhinos, Chimpanzees, Western-lowland gorillas, and more 🦍🦏🌴

If you choose to stay at home - we won't blame you! 🏡 Stay cosy and don't forget the best thing about our 'Pay for a day, visit FREE for 12 month' annual ticket is you can come back whenever you like - just book your return visit online 🎟️

Twycross Zoo is celebrating the birth of a coppery t**i monkey along with cotton-top tamarin twins, a critically-endangered species.

Only about 2,000 cotton-top tamarins remain in the wild.

A couple of month ago we welcomed, a BRAND-NEW herd of Critically Endangered giraffes to the zoo 🦒⁠
