More heat is on its way!☀️🔥

As always I will be monitoring the weather and the salon’s temperature ~ though it does have aircon, it’s not the best and can become unbearable. 🐾

Rescheduling appointments may be necessary for the welfare and safety of the dogs as well as myself. I will keep those with appointments over the next few days posted. Please remember, if your dog groomer, walker, trainer etc cancel due to the heat, this is not because they want a day off in the sun, this is to keep pets safe and there self safe. ♥️

Fresh water will be available in the salon as normal and please be aware some dogs may go home with damp ears etc to reduce heat from
the dryer. Keep hydrated!🚰

Guys I need help.

Grayson is so very poorly.

He was given a blood transfusion yesterday but had to have dogs blood as there was no matching cat blood available.

He may need another transfusion. The blood bank are desperately trying to source some.

Do any of you know if your cat is TYPE B blood? If they are would you consider them being a blood donor for Grayson?
The hospital at the Royal Veterinary College has explained to me that if anyone were to donate it would be free of charge. Their cat would be given all check ups first to check for infections, heart problems etc to make sure they are fully safe to be a donor. And they would be able to give some sedation if the cat wasn’t calm enough to donate without.

We don’t know for certain if he will need another transfusion but we really need to be prepared if he does.

If anyone knows their cat is type B and would be willing to help please contact me. I would be forever grateful and you really could save Grayson’s life

This one is in the category, Excellence In Pet Grooming!⭐️I am absolutely honoured and pretty much speechless!✨

Once again I thank each and every one of you - without your support and kindness, these nominations would not be possible!💛🥰

I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to share it ALL with you!♥️We will find out towards the end of July if I have made it to the finals in categories, Small Business Entrepreneur AND Excellence In Pet Grooming! No matter what happens, these nominations mean the world to me and I will forever be grateful!🥰✨🐾🏅

6 years of Bark In Style!🫧🐾🛁🐶✂️

I honestly can’t believe I opened my little grooming salon at just 17 years old… and now here we are 6 years later!♥️

From nervous first appointments to a diary full of wagging tails, fluffy cuddles, puppy kisses, and the most amazing clients — this journey has meant everything to me!🥰

Over the years I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many beautiful dogs, watching puppies grow up, and building bonds with pets that became so special to me. I’ve also sadly said goodbye to some truly amazing dogs along the way and those losses will always stay in my heart!🤍🐾

Thank you for trusting me with your babies, supporting my dream, and helping Bark In Style grow into what it is today!🎉🥰

23 years old now, still obsessed with dogs…(and cats😉) still covered in fur daily, and still so grateful I get to do the job I love every single day!✂️🐶
