Maddie & Murphy on top… Millie & Mona down below!

These kittens were found living in a warehouse, with their friendly mum! So they all came to us to find new homes…

Sadly these 4 haven’t had a lot of human interaction before coming to us… so they can be quite shy! They’ll need homes with patient people who will let them adjust in their own time.

I wonder if Anna knows that she’s the odd one out 🤔🤣

Dream 💭

Dream is a lovely 6yr old retired racing greyhound who has been with us for over a year now… she did briefly go out to a home, but it didn’t work out :(.

She’s a lovely girl… she’s quiet in her kennel and absolutely loves her bed!! In fact some afternoons she refuses to get out of it for the volunteers 🤣.

Once she’s out, she enjoys her walks (most of the time), and loves her time off lead with her toys!

Dream can be reactive to other dogs, so would need to be the only dog in the home… and no cats! She would also be better in a home without children.

She’s a lovely lady who deserves a chance at a new life! 🖤

Thank you to all 25 hounds and their owners who joined us for today's walk. As ever, lovely to see everyone and lovely to welcome some new faces.

Special thanks to Iggy and Lara and Ace for providing the sausages this week - I think we'll all have happy, full and tired hounds this afternoon!

Our next walk will be held on Sunday 1st November, same time, same place. Hope you can all join us 😊

Alfie!

Alfie is a lovely 2yr old Border Terrier who came to us for rehoming due to him escaping from his garden constantly and causing issues with the neighbours!

Alfie is an escape artist, and can jump
4ft easily… climb wire fences… dig… or use obstacles to escape! He will need a very secure garden!!

Alfie is lovely with people, and has been used to visiting children… he’s great with other dogs, and has shared his home with a female. He’s met lots of dogs on his walks with us and is happy to greet them and walk alongside. He could live with another dog, depending on a dog meeting.

Alfie is not safe to be around cats, or other small animals (including poultry). He has a high prey drive.. so care will need taken with cats and other pets in the area…

He’s a typical terrier, so ideally his new home would be familiar with terriers and their traits.
