As our avid followers will know Freya's lovely mum, Debbie came to us a few weeks ago for a gentle hack, it was much needed time to herself and a chance to press the reset button ready for Freya's next treatment beginning 🫂
Here at DerbyShire Adventures we are utterly in awe of the whole family's bravery and determination so we want to help!!

We are going to be selling our shires old horseshoes 🧲
They are enormous and make great decorations inside or out, each shoe will have the name of the horse it belonged to on it! A great souvenir idea after a ride with us or just something lovely to keep ❤️🖤
£15 each and 100% of the money will go to Freya the BRAVE v Neuroblastoma

The threat of torrential rain didn't put this lovely lady off! 💪🏻 and by some miracle the rain had passed over by the time we'd tacked up so we enjoyed a lovely warm sunny ride 🙏🏻🥰

When life is fulfilling childhood dreams by galloping around the fields on Shires, we are totally living it 🤣🥰

Poor Jumbo Jim at the end! He was completely done 🫣😅 he's effectively had the last 3 years off whilst I had my children and only recently come back into proper regular work so he gave it everything but couldn't keep up with the babies .......but fear not, he will be back to fitness and annihilate them all 😈 🏇🏻💨

After the ladies decided to reschedule their hack yesterday due to the weather, we took the opportunity to take the babies out for a play ☺️ Charlie isn't a 'youngster' in the age sense but he's a very sensitive soul and can be unpredictable when dealing with new things so he's currently doing lot's of tagging onto the hacks with my friend Siobhan in the hot seat!
Phoenix 🐦‍🔥 on the other hand is a baby! at 6 years old she has just begun her ridden career, her 'go to' is to jump herself out of trouble, so here she is dealing with the water crossing that now suddenly has water in it after months of being bone dry 🤭🫣 well sat Shelley 🤩
