Cara had to have an injection today - we’ve been practising our chin cue at training - so we decided to move our rehearsal into real life. Thank you Windlesham Vets for supporting cooperative care with our dogs. Cara remains relaxed throughout, which means I can be relaxed and the vet professional can do their jobs with the minimum of fuss.

A lovely, if cold, morning for training Practicing scentwork - a vial on the tree - trying to hold the indication for a little longer. Very excited to be doing the trainer course in a few weeks so can start to offer training myself.

Just to prove it doesn’t always go to plan - I still have no idea why Cara diverted to the jump instead of going through the tunnel - and as for Caoimhe - well she just did her own thing completely during this run - at least she did win two other runs 😂❤️
