Crown Farm, Ascott under Wychwood

04/08/2026

Very sad to have made this decision but we know when the weather gods have beaten us 🥲.

See you soon …….

It is with real sadness that the team at Crown Farm, Ascott under Wychwood have unfortunately made the decision that they will not able to prepare the ground to a sufficient standard to host their Cotswold Cup qualifier which was scheduled for the 5th/6th September 2026.

This was such a tough decision and they have held off as long as possible to make this decision, praying for some rain, but in light of the current conditions on the site they have made an early decision to enable competitors to re-route.

We fully support them with both horse and human welfare at the forefront of their decision.

They have explored many other avenues to run a competition on those dates but have been unable to secure a suitable site.

We look forward to returning to Crown Farm next year.
