✨🐾 A LITTLE PEEK AT OUR NEW LITTERS🐾✨

Four tiny personalities. Four very different little faces. And four names with a story behind them. 💛

Meet Neon, Neomuna, Origin Story & One Thousand Voices — our gorgeous little Maine C**n babies, now around 4–5 weeks old and starting to show us exactly who they are.

At this age, they’re still very much in the tiny paws, enormous ears and “what on earth is that?” stage of kittenhood! 😂🐾

They’re being raised here at home with lots of handling, attention and the gentle everyday experiences that help them grow into confident, well-socialised cats. ❤️

We don’t believe kittens should simply be sold — they’re little lives we’re responsible for setting up for the future. So our focus is on health, temperament, socialisation and finding the right family for each individual kitten, rather than simply finding them a home as quickly as possible.

🏡 They will be ready to leave from 12+ weeks, once they’re old enough, properly prepared and ready for their next adventure.

Sometimes the timing just feels right… 🐾💙

There’s something quite special about the stage these little ones are at now.

They’ve grown from tiny bundles into proper little personalities — curious, playful, affectionate and completely convinced that everything in the house belongs to them. 😂

And now, rather unexpectedly, I find myself with three gorgeous Maine C**n youngsters ready for their next chapter.

They’re 14 weeks old and ready to leave now, having had all the important preparations done before joining their families — including vaccinations and microchipping. 🐾✨

What makes me happiest isn’t simply finding homes for them.

It’s finding the right homes.

The sort of home where someone has been thinking, “I really want a Maine C**n…” and then suddenly finds themselves looking at a pair of eyes that they simply can’t forget. ❤️

I’d absolutely love for all three of these babies to be curled up in their own homes by the end of this weekend.

So, if you’ve been quietly thinking about adding a Maine C**n to your family, this might be one of those “right place, right time” moments. 🥰

Look at my Babies, 14 weeks old, fully vaccinated, microchipped, goody bags all packed and ready to go. So why are they still with you?

That is a very reasonable question, because it is highly unusual…

The answer is a bit more complex however…

Sometimes when dealing with owners/buyers, something can feel a little off, a little odd, you try to ignore it, but as the weeks of kitten updates follow, you just can’t shake the gnawing, nagging feeling and it starts to eat away at your sleep. You share your concerns with the other half…

Finally it’s the day before collection, and the final straw lands - Another comment that just makes you so uneasy you know you cannot have to keep dealing with this person you simply do- not- like! It’s a hundred little reasons, which on their own, make no sense, but together builds a picture you are just not comfortable with in your soul…

So, finally you have to have the discussion. There is no more benefit of the doubt. My little souls cannot get on that airplane and fly far from me, where I cannot protect them where I can’t be certain of a lifetime of love for them.

So there is the simplified answer, why I have kittens still without a family of their own, but I am sleeping better now, knowing I will be able now to find them a family and life filled with love, who are able to offer the attention and care they deserve and not be re-sold to strangers I have no relationship with.

For me, breeding isn’t about the money over the soul of the kitten. Their future and well being is my main reason for breeding, and ensuring a lifetime of happiness for the family and the kitten. If it was about the money, they would be in a cold airport right now awaiting a flight to a life of misery.

But they aren’t, they are safe and loved with me, I will find the right family for each of them. 😻 It’s almost a solemn vow. 😻🦁
