Puppy paradise🥳

We have seen a large increase of puppy grooms lately which is absolutely fantastic and of course so much fun having the babies in for their introduction to grooming sessions, we love to see how they handle things, learning, exploring and understanding the process.

Little fidget (yes that is her name and a very fitting one at that😅) came for her puppy groom this week and although she is a gorgeous Dalmatian puppy!🤩 some of you are probably thinking well they are short coated and dongle require as much grooming 🤔

Her pawrents still understand the importance of having her get used to being handled by other people, the bathing and blow drying (especially since she seems to enjoy smelly canal water) having her feet and nails handled and trimmed and getting used to the process in a safe and calm environment which fidget absolutely smashed!🥰

Oodles of poodles!🤩
(Is anyone seeing a theme here?👀)

These two boys are just so fun to have in the salon! Such funny characters, two very different personalities and two very different coat types. We absolutely love having them in and getting them fresh, fluffed and fabulous!😊

I always find it amazing how different doodle/poodle coats can be which is why every groom is tailored to the individual dog with their welfare at the forefront of what we do✂️

Did you know?🤔
Poodles come in various sizes but the way they are categorised depends on height.

🐩The Toy Poodle: being the smallest at 10 inches or below.

🐩The Miniature Poodle: 10-15 inches.

🐩The Standard Poodle: over 15 inches with most being 21-27 inches at adulthood.

So when you tell me you have a poodle mix and I say “the price depends on the size” because poodles come in various sizes as well as the breed they are crossed with they really can be anything 😍

Alex did our shop signs over a year ago and did such a good job so of course when we needed MORE we knew he is the guy for the job. Always such a great service, friendly, reliable and patient with my daft ideas/designs😅

Fancy something cheap and cheerful to do with the kids during the holidays?☀️

We stock a huge range of bird feed as well as swan & duck food so why not pick up a pack and head out - the perfect family day out feeding the ducks at our local parks/lakes!🦆

It acts as junk food for our feathered friends, causing malnutrition, permanent wing deformities, and pollutes waters which can harm other fish and wildlife.
It fills their stomachs without providing essential nutrients, preventing them from eating a healthy natural diet❌
