This is what it’s all about!! 🤩
Absolutely incredible to watch a blind dog search a new environment with his nose with amazing confidence!
Confidence that’s been built through love and kind positive training! He trusts humans now after being discarded in early life 🥺
And the relationship he has with his mum is what we should all aim for!
“Be the person your dog thinks you are” 🥰

Wow! What a day!!
Our first time running and judging a pre entry trial this morning! And then a Foundation trial in the afternoon!
14 dogs and their owners came along today to compete! 🤩
When we say scent work is for EVERY dog! We mean it!
Today we had Boxers, a Chihuahua, a Toller, a Labrador, a Lab x pointer, Cocker spaniels, a Stabyhoun, a Collie, German Shepherds, and Riley a 15 year old Parson Russell Terrier!

It is incredible to watch the different dogs & handlers navigate the search areas!

Pre entry this morning was won by:
🥇 Aspen the Cocker spaniel
Bear the Chihuahua taking home the reserve medal 🥈

And Foundation trial was won by Riko the German Shepherd 🥇
Reserve went to Bunty the Boxer 🥈

A special thank you to Shannon from K9 Track & Train who came along on a rare day off to co-judge!! I couldn’t have done it without you today!

Fantastic to see the standard of dogs up in Scotland now working through the The National Nosework Association levels, and handlers coming from different training groups around Scotland!
