Itโ€™s been a busy and productive week here! ๐ŸŽ‰

Loki has been showing real class in the ring, jumping some cracking rounds at a new venue in the British novice and discovery. An exciting year ahead for this homebred of ours.๐Ÿงก

Canada had a win in the open, feeling great at 17 years old, my longstanding partner loving his jumping! ๐Ÿค

Indy was happy to be out again after a couple of quiet weeks, picking up a 5th place. Always a pleasure to have this guy out at shows ๐ŸคŽ

Dora is looking super mature in her body now, at 5 years old, Iโ€™m starting to get her out and about after some down time. Jumping two super rounds on the weekend and she will be looking for her new home soon ๐Ÿงก

Lisa and Max also got the show gear back on after a couple of quieter months. Training rounds are looking good and ready for a summer of fun! ๐Ÿฉถ

Wham and Whoopi, my homebreds, went out training. Whamโ€™s first time at arena hire. And having only ever been ridden in my home arena 3 times in his life, he took it all like a duck to water! Did his first ever jumps under saddle, and just totally bossed the session. He has been only hacking in his ridden baby life so far. So now ready for some more serious work! ๐Ÿ’œ

Whoopi enjoyed a pop round, with all the enthusiasm and spring she has in her toes! ๐Ÿš€

Shelby had the JCH spruce up! Full clip and trim for his summer ready bod! Enjoying a bit of fun at arena hire and just looking stunning! ๐Ÿ˜

Dora (Dor) has been loving every part of her hacking, getting to see the world, getting fit, jumping logs, cantering around our lovely hacking routes, and swimming in the river! ๐Ÿ–ค

Last but not least, breakers Hugo and Charlie have been learning all about the world of riding. Both long reining beautifully, and ready for the rider!! ๐ŸคŽ๐Ÿค

A lovely couple of days with the boys at Addington ๐Ÿด

Homebred Loki jumped a super round in the British Novice. Coping with the busy atmosphere and being so grown up. Such an exciting young horse ๐Ÿงก
Indy did a great round in the blue chip qualifier, we got the time easy, but a bit too much turning over the jumpoff fences prevented a double clear ๐ŸคŽ
Canada finished the weekend with a cracking round in the Blue Star qualifier for 3rd place, smiling the whole way round ๐Ÿค

Really pleased with all the boys!

In between visits to the show I was also keeping the rest of the yard working, with some lovely weather for hacking, getting back on my homebred Wham, and doing some lovely things with the breakers and young horses!

Short or long term.
I can offer schooling, rehab, holiday or competition livery.

Horses are treated as individuals, and cared for like my own. When based with me, however long or short their stay is, they are embraced into the family and given quality time.
Good quality feed, ad-lib hay and clean shavings beds are prioritised, along with turnout and work variety.
Lucky enough to be based on a fantastic bridleway network, so they get exposed to everything without the dangers of busy roads.
Schooling work is based on the emphasis of working correctly improving suppleness, topline and core strength without cutting corners.

Whether your horse needs a few weeks of schooling ready for the new season, needs an introduction to the show arena or you want someone else to expertly rehab your pride and joy I can help.

Also, you may own a horse and be looking for a sympathetic rider to compete them.
Having produced a number of horses over 25 years + I can offer a longer term space to be part of a friendly, open and honest little team.

February show update for the boys ๐Ÿฅฐ

Indy qualified for the Blue Chip Championships at Wellington a few weeks ago, after a couple of months keeping the team rolling at home.
Last week we took Indy and Canada to Bury Farm. Where Indy jumped two cracking rounds for a fence down in the jumpoff of both classes. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ
Canada was very happy to be back in the ring after his winter break, jumping an enthusiastic double clear to come 2nd in the 1.10m open ๐Ÿฆ„
