Hi everyone! 🐾

Aoife is now 15 weeks old and growing like a wee mushroom. A few of you have met her already as she is frequently in the shop while me and Stu tag team childcare 😅

I know many of you have been waiting for an update on my return to work. I’ve deliberately kept things quiet while I settled back into work and found a routine that works for both my family and me.

Since returning, I’ve tried to contact all of my regular clients personally. If I’ve missed you, I sincerely apologise—I know a few people may have slipped through the cracks.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve experimented with different working days and hours, and I’ve realised I’ve taken on a little too much. To ensure I can continue providing the best service while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, I’ve had to set some boundaries.

My regular opening hours are now:
🐶 Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
🐶 Wednesday: 10:00am – 1:00pm
🐶 Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

I will also offer occasional Saturday morning appointments when available.

At the moment, I am fully booked until the 3rd week of August. From September, I will be able to welcome some new clients. To help keep appointments running smoothly, all new clients will be asked to book regular grooming appointments every 6–8 weeks.

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support. It really does mean the world to me, and I’m looking forward to seeing you and your lovely dogs soon! ❤️

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their kind messages after my recent announcement. This baby is very loved already and we can’t wait for her arrival.
I also want to say I am extremely grateful for all my customers who have booked in for the next few weeks. I now have very limited availability before I finish up. I will list below the remaining slots I have available. Again please be aware the further into March you book the less I can guarantee these appointments.

✨ Big news from Ruff Cuts Dog Grooming ✨
I’m excited to share that I’m expecting a baby!
🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍💖💖💖💖💖🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

I’ll be working for 3 more weeks before taking around 8 weeks of maternity leave, and then returning with a phased return from early May.

To avoid disappointment, I recommend booking any remaining appointments now before I finish up Mid March.
Please be aware as I am working till the end of my pregnancy that appointments in the coming weeks can’t be guaranteed, as baby may decide to arrive early.

When I return, May appointments will be for current customers only while I ease back in, again these appointments can’t be guaranteed as my return will be based on how well me and baby are doing.

Thank you so much for your continued support and understanding during this special time. The dogs and customers I have are so special to me and I look forward to continuing to look after them when I am a baby lighter 😊🐾
