OREO’S SPECIAL ENCOUNTER 💫

Today’s walk with Oreo turned into something truly special 💛

While we were in the park, Oreo was busy having a good sniff up a tree (as they do!🐾), when I noticed a lady pushing a gentleman in a wheelchair. They came over and told me they used to have Staffies themselves, and the gentleman asked if Oreo was friendly and if he could stroke him.

Now, Oreo is super friendly - but like most Staffies, he can get a little overexcited! But today, he completely surprised me. He was so calm, gentle and patient while being stroked. It was honestly beautiful to see.

The gentleman then kindly offered me some money to buy Oreo some treats. I politely said there was no need, but his daughter quietly explain that he is very unwell and it would mean a lot to him 😔. So I accepted with heartfelt thanks and promised I’d pass it onto Oreo’s owners so he can enjoy some treats and a new toy 🦴

That moment truly made my day. It was a reminder of just how special these dogs are and the joy they can bring to people - even in the hardest of times.

We feel incredibly lucky to have met such a lovely man today, and we hope that, even for a little while, Oreo brought him some comfort and happiness 💫

It’s been a super busy week here at Bre-ezy Dog Walkers, and I nearly forgot to give a very special welcome to our newest member….Oreo! 🐶

Oreo is a handsome ball of energy and I absolutely love him already! He’s settled into Team Bre-ezy perfectly and brings so much fun to our walks.

We currently have limited spaces available for our tailored solo walks, so if you’d like your dog to enjoy dedicated 1-2-1 adventures, get in touch and get booked in! 🐕✨

It is with a very heavy heart that I share some incredibly sad news.

On Friday, my beautiful girl Rosie, just two months short of her 11th birthday, went to sleep for the very last time 💔

Rosie wasn’t just part of the reason why I started Bre-ezy Dog Walkers….she was part of every single day, every walk, every memory. She was more than a member of my family - she was my whole world. Her gentle soul, loving nature, and loyal heart touched so many lives, and the silence she leaves is overwhelming.

Thank you to everyone who showed her love over the years. She truly was one in a million.

Sleep tight sweetheart. Run free over the rainbow bridge until we meet again 🌈🐾. You will always be loved, and never, ever forgotten ❤️
