Brushing time can be bonding time 🐾

A few gentle minutes with a brush can be a lovely way to slow down and spend time with your dog. Let them have a sniff of the brush first, take it at their pace, and give them plenty of praise along the way.

Little and often is best, especially if your dog isn’t keen on being brushed yet. You can start with a few strokes and build up as they get more comfortable. 💚

Regular brushing also helps you spot any tangles before they become uncomfortable. If you’re unsure which brush suits your dog’s coat, ask me next time you’re at Hippy Hounds! 🐶

Ben and Wren always make me laugh 😂🐾

Every single time we try to get a photo, Wren makes sure she gets right in front of Ben like…

“ME FIRST! ME FIRST!” 😂📸

Poor Ben barely gets a look in!

Never a dull moment with these two gorgeous faces at Hippy Hounds. 🤎🐶🐶
