📅 All summer holiday activities will go live for booking on EC Pro this Saturday at 11:00am. Private and group lessons will be available in the coming weeks.

🏕️ Our Pony Club Camps are already live and proving very popular! There are now only a handful of spaces remaining on both the Mini Camp and the Bronze/Silver Camp, so if you're hoping to join us, we recommend booking sooner rather than later.

We will also have private and group lessons running throughout the holidays, with something available every day we're open.

❗ Please remember we are closed on Mondays.

Pony Club Mini Summer Camp 2026! 🐴😎

✨ 30th and 31st July (Non-Residential) - ONLY 2 SPACES REMAINING

🐴For riders aged 7–12 years who are confidently off the lead-rein in walk and trot and above (Connemara's and above), our 2-Day Non-Residential Camp is the perfect mix of fun, learning, and time in the saddle.

☀️Across the two days, riders will enjoy daily riding sessions, build confidence and developing their skills, alongside plenty of hands-on stable management and pony care. There’ll be in-hand activities with the horses, sessions on our mechanical horse, and lots of opportunities to get involved, learn something new, and make friends.

💗With badges, achievements, and fun extras included, it’s a brilliant way to spend time at the yard, improve riding, experience all aspects of pony life and make life-long memories.

Our new Little Helpers sessions for children aged 2–5 years are already proving popular!✨

These gentle, hands-on sessions are perfect for little ones who love ponies, featuring:
🧽 Pony grooming
🎨 Colouring and activities
🐴 Pony-themed games
💛 Confidence building around ponies

No riding involved and no experience needed — just a fun, relaxed introduction to the pony world.

📅 Sessions run weekly:
Wednesdays – 14:00–14:45
Thursdays – 10:00–10:45

💷 £18 per session
📲 Booking required via EC Pro

Spaces are limited to keep sessions calm and personal, so early booking is recommended!

It's been a hot few days 🔥 we have been working hard to keep the ponies cool, with lots of electrolytes, water and shade. We cancelled most of today's lessons due to the heat, thank you to our wonderful clients for your understanding. And of course the girls are keeping cool too! Two of our lovely clients kindly brought some ice lolly's in for the staff this morning, which we must admit are nearly gone already 🙈 looking to be a bit cooler tomorrow 🤞

It looks like the sunshine is finally making an appearance, and with warmer weather expected this weekend we just wanted to send out a quick reminder about riding in the heat ☀️

As always, the welfare of our horses is our priority. The weather this spring has been all over the place — last week we had hail, and this weekend temperatures are expected to push towards 30 degrees! Just like us, the horses can find these sudden changes difficult to adjust to and they do not always know what to expect from one week to the next. This is particularly true for some of our heavier cob types, who can feel the heat more than others.

To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, lessons this weekend and in hot weather in general, will be kept low-key. This means sessions will focus on gentle schooling or hacking, with plenty of walk work and a more relaxed pace for both horses and riders.

We know many of you enjoy a more energetic lesson, and we appreciate your understanding while we look after our four-legged team during the hotter weather.

Please also take a look at the poster for guidance on what is suitable to wear for riding in warm weather. Riders should still wear appropriate riding clothing and footwear, but lighter layers are encouraged where possible.

We recommend:
• Lightweight, breathable clothing
• Long trousers/jodhpurs suitable for riding
• Riding boots or appropriate heeled footwear
• Plenty of water — staying hydrated is really important
• Sun cream and, when not riding, hats and shade where possible

Please remember that riding hats must still be worn when mounted.

For stable management sessions, shorts are absolutely fine to wear in the warmer weather (please no skirts or dresses), however appropriate footwear is still required at all times around the yard. This means boots, wellies, riding boots or sturdy walking boots — trainers, sandals and open-toe shoes are not suitable.

⭐ Private Lessons Available Daily
(except Mondays as we are closed!)
Private and semi-private riding lessons available, as well as mechanical horse sessions and private stable management lessons.

📅 27th May – Pamper a Pony
🕤 09:30–12:30
For riders aged 7+, confidently riding off the lead-rein in walk and trot.
Enjoy having your own pony for the morning – grooming, pampering, learning and spending quality time together 🐴✨

📅 29th May – Pony Club D Test
🕙 10:00–12:30
For Pony Club members who are ready to take their D Test and riding confidently in walk and trot.

🕑 14:00–16:00
For riders aged 4–10 years.
Spend time on the yard with our lovely ponies learning, grooming and getting hands-on, followed by a 30-minute group ride 🐎
