With a warm week ahead, I’ll also be keeping a close eye on temperatures and acting accordingly. That may be that a groom has to be terminated early, or rescheduled entirely to ensure the welfare and comfort of your pups🐶
If you’d prefer to reschedule please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate😊 I’d also kindly recommend to avoid walks and strenuous exercise prior to grooming appointments, as this can greatly increase the risk of your dog overheating upon arrival to the salon☀️

With temperatures rising, the safety and comfort of your dogs remain our top priority. While we’re very lucky to be located on the cooler side of the street, we will still be closely monitoring temperatures throughout the day to ensure conditions remain safe for every pup in our care.
If at any point we feel the heat may pose a risk, we may need to re-schedule appointments for the wellbeing of your dog and our team. We appreciate your understanding as we always put safety first. 💙
If you would prefer to re-schedule your appointment ahead of time rather than risk traveling with your dog in the heat, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

💧 Keep fresh water available at all times
🌳 Limit outdoor activity during peak heat hours
🚗 Never leave dogs in parked vehicles
