Just want to put this out there as politely as I can as lot of people have been walking there dogs in this heat, with no signs of water available!! Your dogs life is at risk, being in the garden is more beneficial to them than being walked!!! Please, please take notice of your dog, and put them first.
In the garden they may sun bathe, they may love the sun, but the are able to go in the shade and cool down when needed. When on a walk they have no choice, and they can over heat so quickly.
You think you are pleasing your dog, but you are just risking your best friend’s life.
Early, early morning and evening walks are great, once the temperature has dropped, but please don’t walk them in the heat !!!
