🐴News from Fergal Farm Stud! 🐴

We’re thrilled to announce that Fergal Roque-A-Fella partnered by the talented Sophie Collins will be competing at the PetPlan Area Festival Finals in the Novice Bronze category this week end.

Owned by Gemma Fronda of Fergal Farm Stud and bred by Kirsty Oliver of OMP Stud, this exciting combination continues to impress with their partnership, progress, and presence in the arena.

Huge congratulations to the whole team- hard work and dedication are shining through on the big stage!

Kandy de Roque Z by this stunning stallion 💙

Love Scott Brash's dual silver medal winning mare Hello Folie ? Well meet her FULL BROTHER the GFE Groupe France Élevage stallion "Candy De Nantuel" (Luidam ex Diamant De Semilly).

All 7 stallions in the first three generations of Candy De Nantuel's pedigree have jumped to Grand Prix level, and his dam & both of his grand-dams also great careers up to 1.40m level. At circa 54% blood, he is also one to consider for event horse breeders aswell.

Candy Nantuel received a fabulous 19/20 at his licensing, and won the Selle Francais Stallion Masters early in 2017. In his first season at stud he was the 4th most used stallion in France in 2016 - just behind his damsire Diamant de Semilly.

In 2017 he was the winner of the Selle Francais Stallion Masters for 5 year olds.

His Grand Prix successes include 2nd in the CSI3* in Dinard, 5th in the CSI3* in Saint-Tropez, 2nd 1.50m ranking class, 5th CSI4* in Fontainebleau, 6th CSI3* in Valence, 2nd in the 1.55m CSI5* in Paris Eiffel, 4th 1.55m class CSI4* in Chantilly, twice winner of 1.50m classes CSI3* in Compiègne and Saint-Tropez and winner in the 1.45m class CSI3* in Saint-Tropez.

Clearly he and his full sister deserve their attention in the equestrian media at the moment and we cant help but notice how similar they are to the eye.

Lovely to watch some of our young ladies from the yard enjoying the summer season GW Equine went to GW Equine taking part in the Sunshine tour Qualifier’s were
Ruby and her lovely boy Prince collected a Hickstead ticket👏🏻
Emily stepped in to take the ride on Cowboy Joe his first time out since his injury in 2023 where he did what Joey does best and won the class like a pro!!🤩
Emily also jumped our lovely Wonder they also collected 4th place 👏🏻
Emy and Dizzy jumped a lovely double clear just out of the placings
Well done!!! 👏🏻🤩x

She carries exceptional bloodlines, featuring For Pleasure, Cornet Obolensky, Diamant de Semilly and Dominator 2000 Z.

We are feeling very proud of our beautiful 5-year-old homebred, Kandy De Roque Z, and Emily Rowe for jumping a fantastic round in the Newcomers at Coombelands Equestrian today, her second outing and finishing third highest-placed 5-year-old. Exciting times ahead.
