🐾 Never too old to play ball! 🎾💦
Bertie the Westie is proof that age is just a number when there's a ball involved! 😍 Whether he's chasing his favourite toy or splashing around in the pool, he still has all the enthusiasm of a puppy.
One of the lovely things about hydrotherapy is seeing dogs like Bertie come alive in the water. The pool helps him move more comfortably, and once he's in, he's like a puppy again! 🐶💙
With the hot weather we're having, a dip in the pool is the perfect way to stay cool while enjoying some gentle exercise.

Such sweet boys and absolute stars for their pamper session ✂️🛁 We love seeing pups leave feeling fresh, comfy, and looking their very best!

For the past 8months have been proud to be working with the adorable Crane puppies! These very special labrador puppies are all suffering from cerebella hypoplasia, which means that they have a neurological disorder that leaves them with very limited use of their limbs. We have witnessed them make improvements that we didn’t think possible and they still continue to surprise us. It has taken a whole team of people to help these dogs get to this stage and there is no stopping them now.
Their current carers are the most dedicated people I have ever met and although the pups are now ready to find forever homes they still need lots of help to care for them.

🐾 Meet beautiful Noodle 🐾
This gorgeous girl is a Chow Chow who comes to Snazzy Swimmers for hydrotherapy following elbow surgery 💙
Hydrotherapy plays such an important role in recovery by helping dogs rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence while putting less pressure on healing joints. The warm water supports movement gently, helping improve muscle tone, flexibility, and comfort during rehabilitation.
But for Noodle, it’s not just about recovery… she absolutely loves her sessions! 🐶💦 From enjoying her swim to spending time with our lovely Sue, hydrotherapy has become something she genuinely looks forward to. Seeing her happy, relaxed, and wagging after her sessions always makes our day!
And can we just take a moment to appreciate how beautiful she is? 😍 That fluffy coat and sweet face make her impossible not to fall in love with!
Keep smashing it, Noodle — we’re so proud of your progress 💙🐾

The legend that is Bailey ❤️

Bailey is now 14 years old, and we’ve been grooming him since he was just 6 months old 🥹❤️ He’s truly part of the Groovy family.

This is exactly why we always say it’s great to start them young! Introducing grooming early helps dogs feel comfortable, builds trust, and creates such lovely long-term relationships. 💙

We feel so lucky to have watched Bailey grow from a playful pup into the lovely old gentleman he is today. Relationships like this are what make Groovy Grooming so special 🐶✨

Bailey has been an absolute dream today – so well behaved, full of sweetness, and those lashes… honestly, lashes to die for 😍 What a gorgeous girl she is!
We hope everyone is enjoying this lovely sunshine with their furry friends ☀️🐾 Just a little reminder to help keep your pups cool in the warmer weather:
💧 Make sure they always have access to fresh, cool water
🌳 Stick to shady walks and avoid the midday heat
🐾 Check pavements before walks – if it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for paws
🧊 Frozen treats or a cooling mat can help keep them comfy
🚗 And never leave dogs in a parked car, even for a few minutes
